1. Face Velocity
Generally between 0-0.6m/s. For five-speed adjustment, the wind speed for each gear is approximately 0.3-0.35-0.4-0.45-0.5m/s; for stepless speed adjustment, it is approximately 0-0.6m/s.
2. Power Consumption
AC motors generally range from 120-240W; DC motors range from 80-220W.
3. Wind Speed Uniformity
Refers to the uniformity of the face velocity of the FFU. Higher-level cleanrooms have particularly strict requirements for this, otherwise it is easily to cause turbulence. Excellent fan, filter and diffuser design and craftsmanship determine the quality of this parameter. When testing this parameter, 6-12 points are uniformly selected to test the face velocity according to the size of the FFU outlet surface. The difference between the maximum and minimum values compared to the average value should not exceed ±20%.
4. External Static Pressure
Also known as residual pressure, this parameter is related to the service life of the FFU and is closely related to the fan. Generally, it is required that when the face velocity is 0.45m/s, the external static pressure is not less than 90Pa.
5. Total Static Pressure
Also known as total pressure, which is the static pressure value that the FFU can provide at maximum power and zero wind speed. Generally, AC FFUs are around 300Pa, and DC FFUs are 500-800Pa.
6. Noise
Generally, the noise is between 42-56 dBA. During use, attention is paid to the noise at a face velocity of 0.45m/s and an external static pressure of 100Pa. For FFUs of the same specifications and size, DC FFUs are quieter than AC FFUs.
7. Vibration Rate:
Generally less than 1.0mm/s
