Air shower - goods shower room

Air showers are essential passages for personnel and goods to enter and exit cleanrooms, and they also act as airlocks to seal the cleanrooms. To reduce the large amount of dust particles brought in by personnel and goods, the clean airflow filtered by high-efficiency filters is sprayed onto the surface of personnel and goods by rotatable nozzles on both sides of the cabinet, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered by primary and high-efficiency filters before being recirculated into the air shower area. To achieve the best air shower effect, the nozzle outlet air velocity of the air shower is designed to reach more than 20m/s, with a minimum air velocity of 18m/s blowing on personnel. The initial air shower time is set to 15 seconds upon leaving the factory. The air shower provides a modular assembly method, which can be assembled into various lengths according to the customer's actual needs.
