Air shower (goods shower)
Air/goods showers are necessary passageways for personnel/goods entering and exiting clean rooms, and simultaneously act as airlocks to seal the clean rooms. To reduce the large amount of dust particles brought in by personnel/goods, clean airflows filtered by high-efficiency filters are sprayed onto the surface of personnel/goods from the rotatable nozzles on both sides of the unit, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered by primary and high-efficiency filters before being recirculated into the air shower area. To achieve the best air shower effect, the nozzle outlet air velocity of the air/goods shower is designed to reach more than 20m/s, with the air velocity blowing on people at a minimum of 18m/s. The initial air shower time is set to 15 seconds upon leaving the factory.
The air shower offers a modular assembly method, allowing it to be assembled into various lengths according to the customer's actual needs.
