1. Computer Cluster Control
This method is based on the device's bus design, using a host conversion interface, with a four-layer structure from the main router to the secondary router, and then to the FFU control module. The master controller can control up to nine main routers, each main router can manage thirty secondary routers, and the total number of secondary routers cannot exceed two hundred. Each secondary router can control thirty FFU control modules.
The advantages of this control method are ease of control, speed adjustment, the ability to implement complex applications, centralized control and monitoring of FFUs, and the ability to implement zonal and subsystem control. It also offers energy-saving effects. However, its disadvantages include a complex structure, high debugging difficulty, and high cost.
2. Multi-stage Switch Control
This method refers to using a speed control switch and a power switch to control the FFU. Its advantages are a relatively simple structure, stable speed adjustment, and low cost; while the disadvantages are that it is inconvenient to control.
3. Remote Control
This method uses infrared or other methods to transmit on/off and speed adjustment commands to the micro-fan, thereby controlling the FFU. Its advantages are also a relatively simple structure, stable speed adjustment, convenient control, and low cost; however, electromagnetic signals can interfere with the remote control, leading to incorrect operations. Therefore, the use of this method depends on the environment.
