Author:

Aluminum profiles and iron wires are cut using an aluminum cutting machine and manual cutting bed. Then, they are bent and straightened using an iron wire straightening machine, manual bending machine, and manual punching machine. Finally, a spot welder is used to weld and shape the aluminum profiles and iron wires to create the inner and outer frames.

1. Aluminum profile and iron wire machining:

Aluminum profiles and iron wires are cut using aluminum cutting machines and manual cutting machines. Iron wire straightening machines, manual bending machines, and manual punching machines are used to bend and straighten the aluminum profiles and iron wires. Then, a spot welder is used to weld and shape the aluminum profiles and iron wires to create the inner and outer frames.

2. Filter material cutting, folding, welding, and sewing:

A manual cutting machine is used to cut the filter material to the appropriate size. Then, it is folded using a medium-efficiency filter material folding machine, a high-efficiency filter paper folding machine, a filter paper folding machine without partitions, and a fully servo folding machine, creating a wave-like shape. Multiple layers of filter paper are then welded together. Since the filter paper is plastic, ultrasonic welding can be used. Finally, a sewing machine and pneumatic bagging machine are used to sew the filter paper into shape.

3. Assembly and installation of built-in accessories:
The processed filter paper is installed in the formed inner frame. An aluminum foil crimping machine is used to roll and crimp the aluminum foil, which is then assembled with the filter paper in the inner frame to enhance the filter's support strength. Other built-in accessories are then installed.

4. Glue fixing filter material:

For high-efficiency filters, M-313 sealant is used to fill the seams of the filter frame and the contact points between the filter paper and the frame to enhance the filter's sealing and improve its efficiency. The M-313 sealant is first mixed in a mixer. The mixed sealant is then manually applied to the filter, and the filter is left in the workshop to allow the glue to air dry and cure.

5. Outer frame fixing:

The filter outer frame is manually installed and fixed.

6. High-temperature testing:

For high-efficiency filters, after production, a sample of products is placed in a high-temperature testing furnace and a high-temperature curing furnace to test the high-temperature resistance of the adhesive. The high-temperature testing furnace is set to 450℃ for 60 minutes.
