Product Structure Description:
The M-DP structure is simple yet robust. The double-layer hard-die-cut cardboard and filter material combine to form an integrated structural mode. The cardboard is moisture-proof and high-temperature resistant. Each intersection is tightly bonded with the filter material, enhancing the filter's robustness and helping to maintain the flatness of the pleated filter material and the evenness of the pleat spacing.
M-DP filter paper is a special mixture of non-woven fabric and synthetic fibers. It has a fluffy structure, large dust holding capacity, and low initial resistance. The filter material is tightly combined with a layer of expanded metal mesh and processed with a special process into filter pleats with equal spacing, allowing air to pass through freely and evenly, so that dust can be evenly adsorbed on the entire filter material, thereby achieving a high dust holding capacity. The expanded metal mesh enhances the strength of the filter pleats, effectively reducing the vibration of the filter pleats during use, thereby reducing secondary pollution.
M-DP can be divided into three performance levels according to the density of the pleats: DP30, DP20, DP10.
