Product Introduction:

Extended filter surface bag-type filters, with their unique structural design and stable, superior filtration performance, and optional size and filtration efficiency, are widely used in cleanroom systems in the pharmaceutical, bicycle, food, and electronics industries, as well as in general factory and commercial building ventilation systems.

Structural Description:
1. Robust, leak-proof frame structure. The M-pack uses a double-layer U-shaped aluminum alloy outer frame. The bag is held open by a support grid locked inside the U-shaped frame. The adjacent grids tightly press against the bag mouth and are fastened with a special buckle to prevent the bag from falling off and being damaged during handling. All metal edges of the filter are rolled inward to prevent scratching during filter installation and replacement, making operation easy and safe.
2. High-quality, fluffy synthetic fiber. M-pack filter media uses imported synthetic fiber filter media. The filter media is made of four different layers of non-woven fabric treated with a special process to form a dense structure, allowing the filter to achieve high dust holding capacity and low resistance. The needle-punched and microfiber layers in the filter media also ensure the filter efficiency.
3. Ultrasonic seamless sealing. Ultrasonic welding technology seals three sides of the bag, and the corners on the back of the bag are sealed with an adhesive to ensure that the filter will not be damaged even in harsh working environments. The filter bag uses a reinforced grid to divide the bag into uniform horizontal airflow channels, allowing the bag to expand to the maximum extent, so that the airflow can pass through evenly, greatly increasing the effective use area of the filter media, increasing the dust holding capacity of the filter, and reducing the filter pressure.
