Product Applications:
The plate-type washable filter adopts a lightweight plate structure and high-quality polyester synthetic fiber. It has low initial resistance, good fire performance, and is widely used in industrial and commercial HVAC systems, such as:
1. Ventilation and air conditioning systems in large civil buildings such as offices, conference rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, stadiums, and airports.
2. Pre-filtration of centralized ventilation and air conditioning systems in ordinary industrial plants and clean rooms;

Structural Description:
1. The outer frame is sturdy and detachable. M-WASH uses a sturdy plate-type aluminum alloy frame, with ABS plastic corners or aluminum alloy corners. The structure is sturdy and stable, ensuring that the filter will not deform or be damaged even in poor working conditions. The frame is also detachable, making it easy to replace the filter media for reuse of the frame.
2. The filter mesh reinforcing ribs further enhance the filter's sturdiness. At the same time, the even spacing and double reinforcing rib design ensure the even pleating of the filter mesh, allowing the filter to achieve maximum dust holding capacity with minimum resistance.
3. M-WASH filter media is made of high-quality polyester synthetic fiber, which can be washed and reused multiple times, extending its service life. The fluffy and dense fiber structure ensures a high dust collection rate and large dust holding capacity, better protecting the downstream filters and extending their service life.
4. To facilitate installation, M-wash is designed in thicknesses of 1 inch (21, 23, 24MM), 2 inches (46mm), and 4 inches (96mm). The 1-inch thickness uses a flat plate structure, while the 2-inch and 4-inch thicknesses use a pleated structure.
