A laminar flow pass-through chamber is an auxiliary device for cleanrooms, primarily used for transferring small items between clean areas or between clean and non-clean areas. This reduces the number of times cleanroom doors are opened, minimizing contamination of the clean area, and it has the ability to purify the interior space of the pass-through chamber.
The laminar flow pass-through chamber is entirely constructed from 304 stainless steel sheet, ensuring a smooth, dust-free surface. Seams are sealed, and internal corners are rounded to prevent rust. The chamber doors use a silicone rubber strip for mechanical compression sealing, ensuring reliable sealing. Switches and buttons should operate smoothly and reliably, with all components firmly secured. The pass-through chamber is equipped with an interlock function for the fans on both the front and rear doors, so that opening either door automatically activates the airflow.
