Product Applications: The plate-type washable filter adopts a lightweight plate structure and high-quality polyester synthetic fiber, with low initial resistance and good fire performance. It is widely used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, such as: 1. Ventilation and air conditioning systems in large public buildings, including offices, conference rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, stadiums, and airports; 2. Pre-filtration in the central ventilation and air conditioning systems of ordinary industrial plants and clean rooms.

Structural Description: 1. The sturdy frame is detachable. The M-WASH uses a sturdy aluminum alloy plate frame with ABS plastic or aluminum alloy corners, ensuring a sturdy and stable structure that prevents deformation or damage even in harsh working environments. The detachable frame design facilitates filter media replacement, allowing for frame reuse. 2. Filter media reinforcing ribs further enhance the filter's sturdiness. The even spacing and double reinforcing rib design ensure uniform pleating of the filter media, maximizing dust holding capacity while minimizing resistance. 3. The M-WASH filter media is made of high-quality polyester synthetic fiber, allowing for multiple cleanings and reuse, extending its service life. The fluffy, gradually dense fiber structure ensures a high dust collection rate and large dust holding capacity, better protecting downstream filters and extending their service life. 4. To facilitate installation, M-WASH is available in thicknesses of 1 inch (21, 23, 24 mm), 2 inches (46 mm), and 4 inches (96 mm). The 1-inch thickness uses a flat plate structure, while the 2-inch and 4-inch thicknesses use a pleated structure.
