Structure Description

Robust leak-proof frame structure, each filter bag uses a double-layer U-shaped aluminum alloy reinforcement support, "V" shaped filter bag structure.

The filter material uses high-quality, fluffy, multi-layer polyester synthetic glass fiber, processed with special technology to form a dense structure, so that the filter achieves high dust holding capacity and low resistance. The needled and microfiber layers in the filter material also ensure filtration efficiency.

Ultrasonic seamless sealing, sealing three sides of the bag, ensuring that the filter will not be damaged in harsh environments. Each filter bag is equipped with a set of reinforcing ribs, dividing the bag into uniform horizontal airflow channels, allowing the bag to expand to the maximum extent, so that the airflow can pass through evenly, greatly increasing the usable area of the filter bag, increasing the dust holding capacity of the filter, and also reducing the pressure of the filter.
