A negative pressure weighing room is a specialized local purification device used in pharmaceutical, microbiological research, and scientific experimental settings. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, with some clean air recirculating within the work area and some exhausted to nearby areas, creating negative pressure in the work area to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a high-cleanliness environment. Weighing and dispensing powders and reagents within the device controls powder and reagent spillage and upward dispersion, preventing inhalation hazards and cross-contamination, protecting the surrounding environment and personnel. The weighing operation area is protected by a Class 100 (ISO 5) vertical laminar flow.
