High-efficiency air outlet

The high-efficiency air outlet consists of a plenum, flange, diffuser, and high-efficiency filter. It can be directly installed on the ceiling of the cleanroom as a terminal filtration device and is suitable for cleanrooms of various cleanliness levels and maintenance structures.

Air shower - goods shower room

Air showers are essential passages for personnel and goods to enter and exit cleanrooms, and they also act as airlocks to seal the cleanrooms. To reduce the large amount of dust particles brought in by personnel and goods, the clean airflow filtered by high-efficiency filters is sprayed onto the surface of personnel and goods by rotatable nozzles on both sides of the cabinet, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered by primary and high-efficiency filters before being recirculated into the air shower area. To achieve the best air shower effect, the nozzle outlet air velocity of the air shower is designed to reach more than 20m/s, with a minimum air velocity of 18m/s blowing on personnel. The initial air shower time is set to 15 seconds upon leaving the factory. The air shower provides a modular assembly method, which can be assembled into various lengths according to the customer's actual needs.

Clean booth

A clean booth is essentially a simple cleanroom that is easy and quick to set up. It can be designed and manufactured according to usage requirements. The frame is made of industrial aluminum materials (stainless steel square tubes, spray-painted square tubes). The top uses FFU filtration and air supply, and the sides use anti-static mesh curtains (transparent acrylic panels). A sealed blind plate is laid on top to form a sealed area. The internal purification level can reach Class 100-100000. It is mainly used in areas within the workshop that require higher cleanliness, which can reduce costs and improve product yield. Easy installation, short construction period, convenient use, and good mobility are its main features.

Clean bench

Employs a direct-drive, high-efficiency centrifugal fan, characterized by a long lifespan, ultra-low noise, and minimal vibration.
The fan uses three-speed control to adjust airflow, ensuring stable performance and maintaining optimal airflow in the work area.
Utilizes a high-efficiency filter without baffles, maintaining consistent airflow even under high filter terminal resistance.
A high-volume pre-filter better protects the fan and the high-efficiency filter.
Can be configured for single or multiple unit use, or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-level production line.
Each product is tested individually according to the US Federal Standard 209E before leaving the factory.

Aseptic transfer chamber

A sterile transfer chamber is used to transfer materials from lower-level clean areas to higher-level clean areas (A and B grades). During the transfer process, the outer surface of the materials is sterilized using hydrogen peroxide in a gaseous state at room temperature, effectively preventing microbial contamination.
