Product Structure Description: The M-DP structure is simple yet robust. A double-layer, hard-mold-cut cardboard and filter material combination forms an integrated structural model. The cardboard is moisture-proof and high-temperature resistant. Each intersection point is tightly bonded with the filter material, enhancing the filter's robustness and helping to maintain the flatness of the pleated filter material and the evenness of the pleat spacing. M-DP filter paper is a special mixture of non-woven fabric and synthetic fibers. It has a loose structure, high dust holding capacity, and low initial resistance. The filter material is tightly combined with a layer of expanded metal mesh. Through a special process, it is formed into pleated filter layers with equal spacing, allowing air to pass through freely and evenly, so that dust can be uniformly adsorbed onto the entire filter material, thereby achieving a higher dust holding capacity. The expanded metal mesh enhances the strength of the filter pleats, effectively reducing the vibration of the filter pleats during use, thereby reducing secondary pollution. M-DP is divided into three performance grades according to the density of the pleats: DP30, DP20, DP10.
